Rutnin Eye Hospital was one of the ophthalmic clinics participating in the Volunteer Medical Unit Project organized by the Medical Governance Foundation in collaboration with the Medical Council of Thailand, Mahitaladhibesra Institute, King Prajadhipok’s Institute, and students of the Medical Governance Certificate Program. The event took place at Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Hospital, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, on May 18-19, 2024.

This effort was supported by New Eye Co., Ltd., which supplied advanced medical equipment to ensure accurate and efficient eye examinations, promoting better vision health. The equipment included an OCT machine for retinal imaging, a Fundus camera for retinal photography, a CTVF visual field analyzer, an Auto-RK device for corneal curvature measurement, and an Air Puff tonometer for non-contact intraocular pressure measurement.
The initiative aimed to deliver comprehensive and precise eye care services as part of the Volunteer Medical Unit Project.
